How long is a session?

Each session is 50 minutes long. This time is just for you—to talk freely, reflect, and explore what’s on your mind at your own pace. I aim to make sure you never feel rushed.

Sessions are £60 for 50 minutes. I understand cost can be a barrier for some, so I also offer a few lower-fee places—please just ask about availability when you get in touch. I want counselling to be accessible when you need it.

I offer sessions in person in Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds, in a comfortable, private space. I also offer sessions online via Zoom or by phone—so you can choose what feels most convenient and safe for you.

Yes, absolutely. I’m happy to work with you online via Zoom, or by phone if you prefer. It’s important to me that therapy is accessible in the way that suits you best.

Anything that’s on your mind. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, anger, body image concerns, LGBTQ+ identity questions, life transitions, and more. Nothing is too big or too small to bring up.

Yes. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of therapy. What you share with me stays private, with a few standard professional exceptions for safety (which I’m always happy to explain fully). Creating a safe, trusting space is at the heart of my work.

Just get in touch with me via the contact page, email, or phone. We can arrange an initial chat so you can see if you feel comfortable working together. There’s no obligation—just a gentle first step.

That’s completely okay. Many people I work with are starting therapy for the first time. It can feel daunting to begin, but you don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll do my best to make sure you feel safe, understood, and supported.
